Hi Reader,
Ava's needs your feedback. What do you love? What could we do better? Please tell us one thing today.
Some people tell the whole room about their favorite cheese. Others would prefer the room stopped looking at them. We want to hear from both.
Opinionated, extroverted, introverted: we even cater to your feedback personality. Pick your method below. We're all ears. Occasionally crumbs, but mostly ears.
Voice Your Opinion
For the opinionated. Finally, an invitation.
We want to be the best neighborhood store for you, and we need your help. What should we carry? What drives you nuts? What have you always meant to tell us? What's your phone passcode? Anything you want to tell us.
We're asking. Nay, begging. Tell us in the store or email us. Specifics help; “please stock this” beats meaningful eye contact beside the crackers.
Email us your honest feedback

Be (Almost) Famous
For the extroverted. Your public awaits.
We're starting Neighbors' Favorites: little tags beside the products you love. Fill out the form with your favorite item, why you love it, and your first name and last initial. We'll put your recommendation on the shelf for your neighbors to discover.
Unlike your partner's obnoxious aunt at Thanksgiving, a shelf tag won't say, “Oh. You eat that?”
Next stop: strolling down Castro Street whispering, “They know me in the mustard aisle.”

Be Anonymous
For the introverted. Plenty to say. No name tag, thanks.
Our anonymous form lets you speak freely without Ava's knowing who you are. We read every single one. No compliment sandwich required. We sell bread; you can skip the padding.
Choose optional notifications for an update. Otherwise, silence doesn't mean we're ignoring you. We're not psychic. We tried staring into a mozzarella ball. Nothing.

More than 50 local makers bring ceramics, jewelry, art, textiles, and handmade goods Castro St, right outside our door! Buy a beautiful hand-made bowl, then stop by Ava’s and fill it with Cheetos. THAT is "art".
